Doesn’t work with larger iTunes libraries

This application never fully loaded for me.
It tries to read the iTunes library when it first starts.
It would try to read it for 5mins and then die. I tried this about 20 times and it never loaded.
Tech support confirmed they may have an issue with large libraries, and suggested I “split my library into two."
Got a full refund from Apple. Not a fan of this company.
